Preschool
Teacher

The Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing a developmentally appropriate, inclusive classroom environment that supports the learning and growth of children of all abilities, including children with autism and other developmental differences. The teacher provides classroom leadership, supervises teaching staff, and ensures compliance with Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) licensing standards and the organization’s mission of inclusive education. ​ Qualifications:  Minimum of 1 year experience working with neurotypical and/or neurodivergent kids (required). Minimum of 1 year of classroom teaching experience in early childhood or preschool. Knowledge of Montana DPHHS licensing standards and early childhood best practices.

Classroom
Aide

The Teacher Aide / Paraprofessional supports the classroom team in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children. This position assists the Lead Teacher by carrying out lesson plans, supporting individualized learning, and promoting the social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development of all children. The Teacher Aide helps maintain compliance with Montana DPHHS childcare licensing standards while fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment. ​ Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Experience working with young children in an early childhood, daycare, or preschool setting (preferred). Knowledge of child development, inclusive education, or special needs support is a plus.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Speech and Language
Pathologist

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a clinical professional responsible for conducting functional assessments, developing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective service delivery. The BCBA provides clinical leadership in line with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Guidelines, Montana Medicaid requirements, and relevant federal and state regulations. ​ Qualifications: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required). Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB (required). Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Montana (if applicable under current state law/regulation). Minimum 1–2 years of experience providing ABA services (preferred). Experience supervising RBTs and direct care staff (preferred).

The Speech-Language Pathologist provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to children with speech, language, and communication needs. The SLP collaborates with teachers, occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and families to deliver integrated services within preschool classrooms, individual therapy sessions, and community-based settings. ​ Qualifications:  Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Montana state license from the Montana Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or CFY status with supervision). Experience with early childhood and autism spectrum disorders preferred. Familiarity with Medicaid/insurance documentation.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The RBT works under the close supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, adolescents, or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral needs. Services are provided in accordance with individualized treatment plans, Montana Medicaid guidelines, and BACB ethical standards. ​ Qualifications: High school diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred). Current RBT certification through the BACB (required) or eligibility to complete certification within 90 days of hire. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities (preferred).

Occupational
Therapist

The Occupational Therapist provides therapy services to support children’s fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development in inclusive preschool and therapy settings. The OT collaborates with teachers, speech therapists, and behavior analysts to help children develop independence, regulation, and functional skills across home, school, and community environments ​ Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy. Current Montana state license from the Montana Board of Occupational Therapy Practice. NBCOT certification required. Experience in pediatrics, autism, and early intervention strongly preferred. Knowledge of sensory integration strategies. Familiarity with Medicaid/insurance documentation.

Secretary

The Secretary / Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the nonprofit organization and preschool program. This role assists with recordkeeping, scheduling, communications, and organizational compliance. The Secretary acts as the first point of contact for families, staff, and community members, representing the organization in a professional and welcoming manner. ​ Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative training preferred. Experience in office administration, secretarial work, or nonprofit administration. Strong organizational, time management, and recordkeeping skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
